It was much more a personal experience than the bigger boats. Picked up near my hotel and the staff were amazing. Way more fun and friendly.
I chose this experience because the boat was totally open, in fact it was wonderful to pass through the canals of amsterdam and look perfectly at the view, to make it all the more pleasant the possibility of ordering a drink while the crew described the city to you.

The staff was so welcoming and friendly especially Oscar and his partner ( I forgot his name) they made our experience wonderful.
the boat and staff were friendly and welcoming. I would never do a canal tour again because people throw evething from the bridges, my daughter came out of the cruise completely soaked because someone threw something at her which I hope was water from the bridge. which is not the fault of the crew.
Me and my friends definitely enjoy this wonderful experience. The staffs were friendly and they took care of us. They shared some information about the city and its really interesting to hear it. They are helpful and would love to answer some of our questions. They also gave us some recommended place to go since we are just in the country for a tour. Thank you flagship!
It was very relaxed and a superb atmosphere. We saw a lot and had great fun. Of course the perfect weather had also lot to do with it all. Cheers
Unfortunately, we couldn't see much from the open boat as we were sitting at the bow in the direction of travel and it was so high that visibility was very restricted. We haven't had this in the past on other open boats.

Toll geschmücktes Boot, cooler Skipper, tolle Erzählungen und Infos über Amsterdam und die Grachten, klasse Stimmung an Bord
The skipper and bartender were great. The unpleasant experience was that priority was given to the people without tickets vs the ones who had purchased tickets online in advance, regardless of the fact that we arrived at the venue earlier . So we ended up getting the last of the seats which is not what we had signed up for.
Everything super, and the commentator at the top!!!! And the all-you-can-drink service

Nice staff. Canal cruise must-do activity nr.1 when you go to Amsterdam.
A nice relaxed cruise with fun narrator and pilot.
Aside from the beautiful city of Amsterdam and its rich history. The friendly guides
Great crew, only the boarding of the boats is a bit difficult.

So informative! A great way to see the buildings along the canals and to learn history.
Bella esperienza che consiglio di fare al tramonto
The tour guides stories about the city. Also the boat was comfortable.

the atmosphere is nice... the tour is not very rich. fortunately the wine and gouda are present. well done to the team who know how to manage large groups that are certainly too large.

The young guide from Bootesold Queen was very courteous, friendly and helpful. The tour was very informative and varied. The cheese and wines were excellent. There were seven of us and everyone enjoyed it.

It was a nice boat and a really nice crew, including the captain. The plan of where the meeting point/departure is needs to be improved. By entering the address we were exactly 200m opposite and there was a locked jetty, but no one and no information where ...

We booked the unlimited drink and cheese tour for a 6.30pm cruise. Our crew were excellent, attentive and very entertaining. Boat was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our 1 hour cruise of the canals. Highly recommend this experience.
The host is quite friendly and received good service from him. Good cheese and wine. Small group which is great. It will be good if all window flaps can be opened for photography. Better than the clear glass boat in the day, which is quite crowded and enclosed.
Great experience with beautiful sunshine and very friendly crew. They don't skimp on wine. It was great. Highly recommend

The tour was more for my boyfriend, he also thought the tour was guided and would have much preferred that. We think if we had a guided tour or at least the option to choose and learn more about the stadium/ football history, the tour would be great. We walked around at our own pace but it was too quickly and we didn't learn much. Overall it was a good tour but could be better.
Canal cruise was very good, but it was extremely difficult to find the correct cruise! In fact, boat staff said they had never heard of Headout!
I really appreciated that our tickets were honored the day after we'd booked because of an unexpected rainstorm. Thanks!
This was definitely not an exclusive evening trip. We sat between lots of polystyrene boxes in an unconventional boat. The presenter was good but was actually mainly busy rummaging through the polystyrene boxes. The skipper was okay - including 2 near-accidents. He wore a lifejacket at times - certainly the right thing to do given the driving style.

Everything was great except that it promised to take you to Tulip Experience and we really wanted to go there and they didn't take us to that experience but to another farm when what we bought clearly said Tulip Experience, we felt cheated.

Our main concern was that the skipper was not focusing on his job. He did some of the explaining looking at the passengers and not where the boat was going. On at least 3 occasions, he left the wheel house (once to get a drink ) with no one in charge of the boat, While in the wheelhouse he had his feet up on the console on a few occasions and wcould be seen on his phone on several occasions, it looked like he was typing He was not professional and didn't make us feel safe.
The staff is extremely nice and flexible! The information they provided about the city while on the cruise were very informative and fun.
It was wonderful listening to the history of Amsterdam. I do wish that I would have booked directly through Flagship though to get the option of unlimited wine/cheese. Regardless, it was a great experience.
It was so much fun and informative. I accidentally double booked and Daisy from Flagship was amazing in helping me figure it out!!
Super guides. Lots of information. Very friendly. We felt very comfortable
