Cruise Through Amsterdam - Discover, Dine & Relax

It was a fun experience. The crew told plenty, made personal calls and made nice drinks.

The cruise was fine. We went in a small loop and heard three facts about Amsterdam. In its face, it was exactly as advertised, we had a drink, went through canals and learned a few facts. In reality, we were left wanting more.

Sabrina and Freddy, who were the hosts, made a brilliant day trip. The boat trio was very informative but Sabrina is funny too. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone.

We had two lovely guides, one who captained the ship. They brought us through the canals and had tons of great facts for us. We had a blast!

Sabrina and the boat driver were awesome. The tour was interesting and fun. The trip itself around the canals was fantastic - I could stay on the boat all day! We upgraded to the drinks option, it was worth it. Really glad we went with this company, the boat was beautiful. Thanks for the memories guys 💛

Ticketing experience online was very good and easy. Boat was very nice, was just expecting a bit more commentary through the cruise.

The tour was the right lenght. Got the see many interesting bridges and houses. There was great difficulty hearing the guid though except when under bridges.

Seating was awkward. The drink waiter, although knowledgeable about the cruise, kept blocking the view of what we were supposed to see.

The boat was very nice decorated with colorful flowers. The captain and his partner (I don't remember their names - 19 yo boy and a nice red hair girl) was locals and always locals know everything from inside.

Clean and punctual boat. Friendly staff speaking different languages... but not French. At the start of the tour, headsets are provided and you can either use the boat's audioguide (including a French version) or use your own cell phone with a Qr code. The tour lasts an hour and a half and covers a good part of the city center. The landing stage is just opposite the heinecken museum. I recommend this tour. A version with lunch is also available.

Lovely chilled cruise through the canals, weather was fab too.

The staff could not have been more helpful both at the ticket booth and on board one of our party has a disability and they looked after her making it so easy for her to board and disembark the cruise itself was excellent

The advantage went straight to the people sitting by the windows .people who were aisle sitter like me were not able to see most of the buildings and bridges announced by the boat broadcast or by the Captain. Next time I will book an open boat canal tour. Really very disappointing experience.

Learned so much about this beautiful city. Your Captain was pleasant and helpful. Boat was very clean and I would recommend it to anyone I know. It was all as advertised ! It was an extra 15 mins than most tours and was a comprehensive cover of the canals taking in many landmarks

We took part as a family of four with two sons aged 11 and 13 - our guide Jonas managed to familiarize us all with the difficult topic with his empathetic manner and enormous knowledge. The tour was interesting at all times and captivated us. Thank you very much for the great tour, we recommend it 100%!

Our guide, Max, was knowledgeable and friendly. It was a great way to explore the city and learn more about the Franks. The group was an ideal size and there were lots of opportunities to ask questions.

Our guide Gauthier was extraordinary on the tour, sharing with us some very moving places. On the other hand, the address of the meeting point was not very clear for many people, as we went to Anne Frank's house and not to the synagogue.

We as a group thought the tour would be lead by someone telling us only facts about world war 2 and Anne Frank's house. There were 10 of us in our group and none of us were pleased with his tour. We all love history and several in our group are WW2 history fans. A couple of us had relatives that died freeing European countries from the nazis. I, in particular, am the granddaughter of an American soldier that gave his life to free the European people from nazi control. Our tour guide is an activist by his own admission. Seems to be an activist against any party that he doesn't agree with. He told our group that the nazi party are now in charge of Germany and one other country. We all know that what the Germans did to Jews was terrible and should never happen again. Our tour guide told us several times that "nazis are bad "duh! We are well aware. Implying several times that we have to keep the nazis from taking over again. Seemed very political, which made us uncomfortable. There we good parts to the tour that were informative and that we learned a few new things too. Especially about the gold name plates at some of the door fronts. We really wished the whole tour stuck to history and not a college kids opinion.

Valeria was an excellent guide for the Anne Frank Walking tour. She gave a full and interesting history of the Frank family. She reviewed the Jewish history in Amsterdam and the effects the community had on the wealth of the City after fleeing Spain. We had a great overview of the events around und Anne Franks hiding and the genesis of her journal. Through getting to know the characters, the horror of the Holocaust could be appreciated

Good evening Our guide took our group on the informative tour in a welcoming, highly competent and emphatic manner! He was always eager to give us more information, even in a shady spot! information! The story of the fate of the Jews in Holland affected me deeply, not least because it took place right there! Thank you very much, I can only recommend this valuable tour to everyone!

We had a great experience on the Anne Frank / WWII walking tour, and much of that was thanks to our guide, Iris. She was extremely knowledgeable, providing deep insight and historical context in a way that was both engaging and respectful. Iris spoke eloquently and clearly throughout the tour, making it easy to follow along and absorb the wealth of information she shared. She was also very approachable and open to questions, creating a welcoming atmosphere for everyone in the group. I would highly recommend this tour—especially with Iris as your guide.

Barbara our guide, was excellent. Lovely personality and she presented the story beautifully. Her knowledge of the Frank family and WW2 kept us interested throughout the tour, which finished nicely at the Anne Frank House in Prinsengracht. Would love to go on other trips with Barbar leading.

Frank/Frankie/Harry potter was an excelent driver and tour guide. The meeting area was easy to find at the back of the station (on the water side) bus was speedy clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend booking.

The group guide was Manuel, who easily surpassed any tour guide I have ever witnessed. His knowledge , energy and communication skills were exceptional and we can't thank him enough for sharing bucketfuls of his knowledge about the Immigrant Jewish community and their integration with the Dutch community in Amsterdam from the early 20th century up to and through the Nazi occupation through to liberation day on 04 May 1945 and the subsequent history of the survivors of the Frank family. Manuel fielded dozens of questions with passion and detail which was delivered with positiivity and good humour where appropriate. His investment in building the presentation and guided tour has been immense and we can't thank him enough for educating us so much more in a short 120 minutes . His tour has a huge and lasting in impact and we would recommend his professionalism and welcoming style every time ! Our guide Joseph was wonderful: he gave us complete and relevant information about the purpose of the outing and answered all our questions adequately. For the canal cruise, unfortunately, it was raining heavily and it was difficult to take photos because of the drops of water on the windows. Thank you!

Virginie our guide took the time to give us lots of explanations, but this is only possible if there's no need to run all the way to the Anne Frank House. So it's best to stagger your visits between the Anne Frank House and this guided tour. We were able to discover the place where the names of all the dead Jews are individually inscribed on the bricks.

I did not, not like the experience, honestly I think it was quite alright. I just thought it would be a bit deeper. The guide was very nice and frinedly and gave interesting input, but it was very general and the sidefacts have been fun but just not a lot.. not to be rude at all.

Madeline's guided tour was super and took plenty of time for extra questions. However, the boat tour was less so and had nothing more to do with Anne Frank (strange combination we thought) moreover, it was more about the large waters than the canals

The guide told interesting stories. I expected to see the Keizersgracht, Herengracht and Prinsengracht but our tour took us to the eastern part of the city and visited none of those, which was a bit disappointing. Perhaps I should have chosen the other departing point. There was no shade on the spot where we stood waiting for boarding.

The young couple we sat next too were lovely,the guide was amusing he did a great job under the circumstances But they needed 2 people assisting on the boat The young man couldn't be the guide and do the 'unlimited' wine ...which took at least 10 minutes to be offered a glass of!!! So no way 'unlimited ' the cheese was definitely not 'unlimited' It also finished 5 minutes early after starting 15 minutes late it was a beautiful night and so us sitting at the back of the boat had to roll up the plastic blinds which made the view murky I think this 'canal ' cruise could do a lot better for the €€€ they charge

I loved the ride, cheese and wine. As well as the hosts. I would've loved to hear more history and stories about Amsterdam. The host only talked about little bit about the city

We loved the chill vibe and the interesting facts during the Tour. They also gave us a lot of wine and Cheese, we loved that a lot! Our guide Louelle and our skipper Ruben were really fun and nice! We can totally recommend it!

All good, except that the cheeses were very limited and the wine too. We were three people and they gave us the same table as for 2.

Canal experience was really good. Only suggestion to display start time of journey. So that we can plan to be stay on time. Instead of waiting for long time.

Everything was fine on the boat. In Amsterdam, however, I didn't like the fact that the cyclists all seemed to ride quite recklessly through the crowds. You always have to expect to be knocked down everywhere except on the water. It's really stressful, especially with children. Once in Amsterdam is enough!

Nice tour, commentary in English, Dutch and German. Covered boats with an open space at the back. Not too crowded. Nice way of seeing a different perspective on Amsterdam.

Our recent canal cruise through Amsterdam was an absolute highlight! Gliding through the city's iconic waterways offered a unique perspective of its charming architecture and vibrant atmosphere. The unlimited drinks package was a fantastic addition, ensuring our glasses were always full and spirits high.

I found the atmosphere here super great... Josephine and her colleague really do a great job 👍🏼 We did the tour for the 2nd time and we would do it again every time we visit Amsterdam... simply wonderful ☺️

Good communication, easy to find and punctual... the tour is very nice and they explain very interesting things about the city...

First they said my ticket wasn't valid. After this embarrassment, they accepted it. When I arrived on the cruise, I wasn't given cheese but snacks. And the price on the sign there was €22 and I paid a lot more here on the app. I'm outraged!

I booked open-boat tour. When I arrived to the port they told that the boats are overbooked and we were put into big boat. We refused and asked to cancel our reservation. I have sent several e-mails to get the refund, no answer.

I'm sorry we failed to make the cruise for my wife's 50th birthday due to issues at the airport with our transport pick up😞

Really easy and straightforward to book, got through both attractions with no issues, brand was well-recognised.

The card covered a variety of activites plus public transportation. We tried museums that we might now have otherwised checked out due to the card.

Ticketing went smoothly. Seen a lot in short time.

We were a family of 10 people. All adults. Everything went really well. Heineken expirience was great. The music. The screens That you could also make your own videos. The canal trip was also great. There were new headphones and we heard everything in German. We will book it again at any time. Many thanks

The brewery tour was great, but the cruise was a long way from the factory, so it was disappointing that it didn't go to the factory. Not clear and catchy. Very disappointing. We didn't do it. Misleading advertising

The Heineken experience was excellent, they make an effort to leave a pleasant memory and to let people know the history of the brewery.
